Install LYSAGHT W-DEK®

Designs can be adopted from the LYSAGHT W-DEK® Design Manual, in conjunction with a consulting structural engineer.

Step 1: Open LYSAGHT W-DEK® sheet bundles
Step 2: Place props if required
Step 3: Trim LYSAGHT W-DEK® sheets if required and place on steel beams or brickwork Fix W-DEK® sheets to seel beams if required.
Step 4: Install LYSAGHT W-DEK® end cap accessories and finishes.
Step 5: Fix steel edgeform
Step 6: Cut penetration
Step 7: Place reinforcement
Step 8: Place concrete
Step 9: Allow slab to cure and remove props
